Okay so here is the thing...my brother had 57 bucks on apptrailers/app rebates and so on, he said that I could have the money but as I came onto the app it had said that his account was compromised because of inactivity so I was wondering...what is a site just like those? I would really love to know of some apps that pay PAYPAL. Thanks.
