Anyone tell me should I work out during TWW?
Is it okay to play badminton? Or do push-up, or squats?
I just don't want to ruin my chances of getting pregnant.
Thank you so much.

What would working out have to do with stopping someone from getting pregnant. You can work out as much as you want before getting pregnant as well as up to a certain point when you are pregnant. Working out is good no matter what. So do what actives you like to do it won't hurt your chances of getting pregnant.

I read articles about some activities can push out the cervical mucus and just worry about how can doing exercise affect my chances of getting pregnant. I am so eager to become pregnant.

I wouldn't worry about an articles because they are not doctors. You need to talk to an OB about that if your worried. Plenty of women all over the world are extremely active and still get pregnant with no problems with so over. The only time the cervix has mucus is if you have and infection or are pregnant and losing your mucus plug. Working out and not working it won't affect anything now if your working out too much as a female you might have some skipped periods but if you do a healthy amount of working out every day you should be okay with not missing any periods unless your body naturally does it on it's own which does happen to a lot of women.
