I was thinking that can i change my ip address to Italy so that when i visit any site.My ip address should record as Italian ip address.Is there any free software, which i can use to change my ip address or any other method?

I need it for some reasons, i think if write here the reasons it will not safe.

As far as i know there are few software but they are not legal, coz in this way you are cheating you web site which you are visiting.
