Sausage madness!

Our uncle raises pigs, and every year he butchers some and makes them into sausages and gives us.. One time he gave us a big styrofoam box full of sausages. And it was super delicious we ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 2 months!! It was crazy!! My sister started getting sick of it, but I never got sick of it!!
And another time, another uncle of mine sent us two different kinds of sausages.. I forget there names already.. but they were also very delicious! One was kinda weird when you first tasted it, but after awhile you will really love it and want to eat more more more! But it wasn't so many as the other one and we usually just eat it as a side dish.
Tell me some of your sausage experiences?

Argh! you made me hungry for sausages! i wish i had an uncle like that! i love barbequed sausages more than deep-fried or boiled one. there must be chilli sauce and mayonnaise to dip it. once, i tried eating it with ketchup and mustard, like westerners usually did, but my tongue just can't accept the taste. there is one type i tried, it git cheese bits in it, so when we eat, there's melt cheese inside. be careful if you eat it, because you can burn your tongue.
