I was watching the secret last night and I was really inspired how wonderful God really is. And I've learned that there are real genies in the bottle in the form of our universe, that it is really giving us back what we really wanted we just have to attract it. So I said there's no harm in trying, so I tried to attract a taxi after a red jeepney. I was in a hurry and it was in a peak hour, and try to have a positive vibration. Yes indeed I was able to ride in a taxi after a red jeepney has passed. Wow it amazed me! I want to master this law if the universe. You can try it too.

I haven't watched the video but I have read the book The Secret by Rhonda Byrne four years ago. That book really amazed me, I borrowed it from my roommate but I wish I could watch the video too. It is about the Law of Attraction. What I always keep in mind from it, is that positive thoughts attract positive things. It sure is a good book, really worth reading. Highly recommended! :)

Wow I like reading books like that, something that you can really get something out of the things you've read. Things that you can apply in your own life and that can tremendously impact your life in a positive way. Since you've read it, can you also give instances on how to attract positivity, I really need that right now, thanks.

Yes leighz, it is a very motivational book. I worked in a call center that time I first read the book and I sort of wanted to try and see if it would make a difference if I apply it at work even for just a night.:) It sure did, all I was thinking was I'd be getting good calls and I'd be able to resolve any concern that come my way. I was exuberant going to work, all the while I'd been thinking like I was already celebrating something. When I got commendations that night, it was like I already knew it was gonna happen. It's like whatever it is you desire or want to happen in your life, it should be in sync with your thoughts. It's like being a magnet and attract the good things we desire, tangible and not. It's what I remember and understand from that book.

Wow that's really interesting. I also used to work in the BPO industry and as a CSR our job is really difficult. It's mentally, physically and emotionally draining, I really didn't enjoy working after awhile, I should have read that book :). Wow, it's great that you were able to grasp the idea right away and tried it out. Yeah, i definitely agree with you, if you are anticipating good things to come in your life then most likely you will exude the aura of positivity and that becomes your mantra, then everything else will fall into places. Easily said that done, I will definitely get a copy of that book, thanks for sharing Anna :)

I have seen the movie and it's highly recommended. There are lots of inspiring stories and laws that you haven't heard not until you see the movie and you can say that yeah I could relate. It's really happening and it really shows how our mind connect to the universe and how powerful ask, believe and receive thing is.

Yep, positive thinking is a lot of things. The dvd is really about how you can be happy everyday and learn that sh!t happens and you should just try to move on. The speakers of the The Secret promises a whole lot of things too but I think it's limited on how you're acting once you're thinking in a positive way. The brain is responsible for almost every action our body is doing, whether it is conscious or subconscious, so when you're always positive, all your actions are directed positively. This goes the same the other way around.
