A really tiring day for me..

I was so exhausted for the past weeks that has gone. Due to a lot of thinking, my vertigo attack was active again. As a result, I cannot work a longer hours in-front of my computer as I need to be rested. And just now, before finishing this write-up, wow, I just woke up from a cat nap that I had. With my fingers on the keyboard and still looking on the monitor. And when I woke up, I just said to myself, this was a really tiring day for me.

Well, using the computer too long can really lead to some discomfort. Just stand up and walk outside for a while. You will feel well then.

for me too ,the same thing happened and i was really tired with total work and it kept me occupied and not to forget i never even had time for sleep and snacks ,other than breakfast.but at times i believe such is life,take it in the stride itself

I am so sorry that you can't work on your computer for longer.
I use mine nearly all day long and I would be very disappointed if I can't do it, because it's also our source of living.
I guess watching the monitor may cause lots of tiredness. My boyfriend is like that. Since we wake up til we go to bed he is on his computer all day long. And feels exhausted when we go to bed because of his eyes probably and also because of the all thinking he put to make his work better.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling too well. Are those vertigo attacks frequent lately? You may try the suggestions they have posted above but if this condition of yours persist regularly maybe you should get it checked up by a specialist. All of us get tired, more so if we push ourselves too hard. Know you limits, and try to relax your mind.
