Hello friends,
I really need some advice on this.
On 20th July I requested my first ever bank transfer from my Moneybookers account to my local bank account. I had never made a bank transfer from this payment processor before as I am using Paypal for receiving payments from all other sites. As you know Experts column will only pay via Moneybookers to Indian users.
I had worked hard to build up my earnings in EC and when I had received some payments from them totaling more than RS. 1100 (INR), I requested my funds transfer from MB. They charged Rs. 121.13 as fees. I was aware that they deduct fees so I initiated the transfer which was of Rs.988.58 On 23rd June I got an email that my withdrawal request had been processed and is on its way. They mentioned the same amount that I had withdrawn in the email.
Today my father had gone to get my passbook updated and now I see that what I have got in my account is only Rs.958! They have further deducted Rs.31 and Rs.25 listed as “Service charges” in my passbook.
I am at a loss really. First I paid fees to withdraw my money and then the money I finally got to my bank is Rs.30 less than the amount I had withdrawn and on top of that service charges totaling Rs.56 have been deducted.
I cannot understand why Moneybookers would send less than the amount I have withdrawn. Has anyone withdrawn money from this payment processor or is anyone using EC with Moneybookers and faced the same problem? Do you think I should stick to EC anymore if I have to lose so much money as fees and service charges?

Hi
Yes money Booker charges that 121 rs ( approx) whenever we withdraw to our bank account .. And as moneybooker send money to our bank on terms of URO currency , bank also charges fees for converting them into rupees.. These charges are same for each amount, thats why I used to gather more money on moneybookers and then withdraw all of them together.. Well this is same for everyone we can do nothing about it. As moneybookers are providing facility to us they have rights to take fees too.

Thank you so much for explaining friend. Actually I am so used to Paypal that I never thought that I would have to pay so much fees in MB! Also, I thought the money was in INR currency in my MB account and I was not aware of the conversion factor. Tell me one thing, why did they send me Rs.958 instead of the amount I requested? They had already deducted Rs.121 approx as fees as I mentioned. Rs.988.58 was the amount I had requested for transfer after paying the fees. I understood that they take fees and bank also takes fees but I cannot understand where the rest of the money went! Could you help me on this?

Anand, do you withdraw your money from MB to your bank account? What is your experience in this sort? Does your bank is having swift? I think we can withdraw a big amount from MB as they have a big limitation after verifying our credit/debit card and address, so i planned to withdraw later after creating a new account. Publish is good for me. I earned around 5 dollars there and waiting for the payday. When will they pay? did they deduct any fee during payment?

Oindy ... Yes we having money in mb in rupees . ... But in FAQ they have clearly stated that they are sending money to bank in EURO currency.. Even my bank told me same about receiving EURO.. 121 is fees taken by mb and all other fees taken by bank it self for conversing euro to rupees and service charge ... That's why I suggest you to withdraw money after collecting more amount.
Vp.. Publish will pay you on next month around 10th.. No they are not charging any fees bu you can get deduction as they count this month view again after the months end.. But it may be little one.. That's good that site is working good for you.
I dont get you for moneybooker .. Is it mean you haven't withdraw your money from it so far!!! Yes I am getting payment to my bank regularly now. Well my brach wasn't having particular swift code but my bank give me swift code of main branch in our city.. So it worked for me.

sorry to hear about this, still today i don't withdraw the money from money bookers to my bank,. as my bank don't have the swift facility. So i am in need to create another bank account for this. Shocked to hear about this. Really we are in need to pay a lot for our little earnings. What to do? money bookers don't support paypal due to the restriction, so we are in need to face this issues.
Recently i joined with publish and earned around 5 dollars in a week, i am just republishing my EC articles there. The good thing is publish don't have any mininum payouts and they are sending money via paypal to all countries. I think it is better than EC.

Hi,
I had opened an account with that site but never went back to check what I had earned. I don't think I earned anything or would have got payment. But glad to hear you already earned so much from this site. Yes, we need the SWIFT code and my State Bank of India bank had one so I was able to initiate the money transfer but lost so much money as fees.Surely we are having to pay a lot compared to what we are earning. How much have you made at EC friend? You have a huge number of articles so I am assuming you have earned a lot by now.

I would recommend submitting a support ticket on the Moneybookers website so they can research to see what happened. Maybe they'll be able to fix it for you.

I am using EC with my moneybooker account but till now i havent earn $5 on EC so i can transfer it to my account.
Atleast u have got Rs 958 which is enough to atleast pay your internet monthly bill.
I agree with above comment that if u can earn this amount of money by not wasting much time u shud carry on with this.
