What are you doing in your summer vacation?

Hi, what do you have done in this summer vacation? Why did I feel so down about my vacation? Maybe because I didn't live it fully. I just spent time on sleeping and the Internet. Now there is only a half left. I want to make some changes. How did you spend your vacation? Your comments are welcome.

All I've done in this summer vacation is sleep and take my dad to medical appointments. One or two times I've gone to the beach and hanged with friends. I've been a few times to my best friend's studio where he records his songs. Other than that I've been locked in my home haha.

Well, I spend my vacation to learn some useful knowledge such as building up a website, some softwares and other issues about our research. You can also choose to learn some useful knowledge. Just don't waste the time. Good luck!

not much really. just doing day trips here and there, like to the beach, the waterpark and to places like Niagara Falls to see the lights at night over the falls (which we have never done even though we live an hour away!) but mostly, getting our daughter ready for college!

hi there danxin,
honestly i can't identify now when is summer, as the heat here in our country is continuous. although the summer month here is between april and may but the hot weather was extended. as a result, we can still do some summer outdoor activity even not in the month of april and may.

I'm so cheerful coz i got the ticket on August1st go home.It's almost been half year that i have't go home and i'm hoping to get home soon.I love the time being so nice with my parents and everyday seems so great.I watch tv and go hang out with my friends.Cool vacation to have.

what are you doing in your summer vacation? in holy week, i spent my holy week in bicol helping my friend in helping him in his santo, bec. he have 4 santo, there he dress up it for 2 days tues. and thrus. and he is so busy.i just enjoy in bicol. and its also sacifice in the holy week. and i when here in manila we just go to bar, and go to net. and to my chores at home. and i hope i will be go to another place. thank you

We can't afford to take a vacation not even a weekend trip. My husband has to spend his vacation for when they short him hours. And I don't get much of a vacation I can take one unpaid but again, if you have no money to go anywhere then why take it. So I save my vacation hours for my kids B-days and for when things are very slow in January at work.

I like summer vacation. The days are longer. So we can go to places, picnic, seaside, trekking. It spend my summer vacation firstly by visiting old people and sick person in my family. Then I think to enjoy myself. I bring all the kids of the family to the seaside and buy an ice cream for all of them. But I do not forget to sleep and surf on the net. When I am tired on the net, then I go to place. I also like shopping and sewing during my summer vacation.

When I have time off during the summer, I try to make day trips down to the beach. Being in the sun lifts my mood and laying on the beach allows me to clear my head and relax. It is also nice to go down with friends. Because it is a couple hours from my area, I get to catch up with friends who I have not seen in a while on the way there and on the way home.
