What it the size of your pdf file.? if its too larger you would not be able to attach it
use a compressor like 7zip which is the best one i guess and compress the file it would reduce the size of the files greatly then upload that file

Hello sajeevking, yes compressing is a good solution for it. I often do it to reduce the total size and to save all the files as a single unit .

good day kumar143144,
normally files with too large sizes are being attach on a separate folder. hence, these files are being zip first before attaching them directly to your email. that is why i have mentioned that it was being attached separately. although it is not literally separate.

hello kumar143144,
yes it is possible. you just need to reduce the bytes of each pdf, if that is a multiple files. hence in this way, you can attach it directly to your email.

I think outlook let's you attach bigger files than many other mails but best way for big files is dropbox.com Otherwise you can always find out how big attachments your mail allows. Normally pdfs wouldn't be more than 20MB but there are bigger ones. I use hotmail or usb :P

Yahoo and Gmail have a 25 Mb limit for attachments, but you can go up to 100 Mb with the built-in "Attach Large Files" app at Yahoo. If your file is more large, you can try to compress it with an archiver or to split it if the compression is not enough -- Winzip and 7zip are able to split a zip file -- and to send it in several pieces.

I think the gmail and yahoo will not allow us to attach big files. If you need to share a big file you can go for sites like rapidshare. I think it is free to create a normal account there. By uploading the file there you will get a unique URL and you can use it to share the file .
