Hello everyone... I was trying to update my website with some of my sale items. I have wreaths, hair ties, maternity wraps, etc but I am trying to add a few new handmade items recently but I am drawing a blank as to what I can try to make that might sell. I am trying to focus on things that are related to either babies, weddings or photography props. I have stock pile crafting piles like yarn, ribbon, plastic flowers, fabric and thread but I am not good at crocheting or sewing(well a little by hand) but I am looking for some ideas on what I can try to make from these items only because I have so much of it but I want it to look good and hopefully be a good sale to match my other items. Any ideas?

Yeah that would be cute, I can do a single chain stitch with the crocheting but that is all. And I can hand sew but that takes a real long time. I have a sewing machine that I have used a few times but I am not very good at it. I have seen the ruffle diaper covers they are probably pretty easy to make. Thanks

You should make some baby boots, or baby pan-holders. Or maybe some baby Lebron James headbands. Those oughta be cute.

I have seen recently where they have baby sandals with flowers on top and ribbon of some sort as the tie around their feet but I have been able to find a tutorial so I haven't tried any yet but they are very cute...baby pan holders I have never heard of these, what are they? I have thought about doing things with sports but a lot of their fabrics are SO expensive I would have to raise the price of my items up more than I wanted to. Thanks for your ideas!

I went to your website that was on your page here. Those sashes are clever. Can you make head bands that go with them, or the pony tailers that are done with streamers of tulle like the wreath? How about tutus/ There are free instructions online.

Yes, I do make some headbands but never made any to go with my sashes. I could definitely try to make matches for the newborn sashes. I have also made a few tutus in the past they are very easy to make, I have never tried to sell them but instead have used them as props in my photos so yeah maybe I should try to sell them maybe with matching headbands as well. Thanks for the ideas Garden, I am going to see about the tulle matching accessories

I'm not sure if you have ever done them, I really like the baskets that so many photographers use to do newborn and small baby pictures. The baskets that I am talking about look really, really soft with layers upon layers of tulle that can almost make it look like a baby is laying on a cloud.
Another great thing that can be used as a photography prop is headbands and cute crochet hats for newborns to wear.
