The best breakfast? :D

Breakfasts are important, do NOT overlook this fact. Some people say it's not to have heavy breakfasts in the morning because you were asleep for 8 hours and you tummy would get a shock with sudden infusion of food. I'm paraphrasing.
Back to the topic, what is your idea of best breakfast? Ah, stomach is growling now.
Anyway, my best breakfast is one that must include hot beverage - hot chocolate or coffee! I don't like pancakes that much, but having eggs(no matter how you cook it) is one of the best part of breakfasts. Not to mention, french fries! Is it me or it's just not so nutritious?
That's it, there must be hot beverage and eggs and I'm good to go.
Do you eat fruits for breakfast?

I like a good sized breakfast. Have to hot coffee with a flavored cream. I enjoy REAL eggs scrambled dry. Then I like Bacon and/or sausage with sheperd's potatoes not hashbrowns. French toast with honey and butter. A bowl of fruit would be wonderful but sometimes I will have it for a snack afew hours later. This is what I would like to have daily but rarely get it.

I do agree with you that breakfast is indeed important. I used to eat breakfast before but not I usually just take in coffee. This is all I need to and it can last me until time for lunch. Well, I think it is just a matter of adjusting. I have worked in an environment where there are times, it would be difficult for me to eat breakfast. So I adjusted myself not to take breakfast anymore. But I guess there are really those people who cannot survive without taking any and good thing there doing so since breakfast is definitely one important thing to have.

Your condition is same like me I am also doing adjust because in my home no breakfast directly meals are prepared till 12 O'clock. I know it is important but not possible for me.

I think it is good to get early in the morning and try to eat good breakfast in the morning. I do think it is good to take fruits in the morning especially bananas. I think it is good to eat nutritious breakfast in the morning. I think lots of people like to have tea or coffee with the other food they take in the morning. I think hot chocolate is delicious and tasty to have.

I love breakfasts, it's my favourite meal of the day! Normally I have cereals or porridge, and a cuppa or some milk, but on weekends I sometimes do English breakfast, not full, just partial.
They say it's good to drink a glass of water with a bit of lemon juice right before you start having breakfast because, I don't do it at the moment but I plan to.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Yea, I know.
Breakfast gives you energy for the day! Yep, know this too.
Breakfast is in the morning! No, no, no!!
I love breakfast foods, but sadly to say, I'm not a morning person. I much prefer to get up around 11 or 12 and stay up til 3 or 4 (my work schedule often allows this). By the time I'm up and going, it's lunchtime. Does that count?

Yes, yes, breakfast is an important meal... and I also read that breakfast is supposed to be the healthiest meal you eat..
I also like hot beverages like hot choc or milk.. mmmm.. My tummy is also starting to growl...
You don't like pancakes?? I was just wanting pancakes this morning! But anyway, yeah, hotdogs are good for breakfast also oatmeal.. I sometimes eat fruits also.. they're healthy.. hehe.

Well,I have heard that breakfast is very essential.It gives you the energy plus strength to go on with everyday's work.The breakfast should be not be too heavy,but it should be sort of balanced.My general breakfast comprises of a cup of coffee,plain milk or banana shake,it also includes two slices of bread with jam & butter.It is enough to keep me running,till before lunch!My breakfast very often comprises of noodles and french fries,just can't resist them like you!I occasionally include fruits in my breakfast like guava or apple,especially when I have eaten noodles or chips as it soothes my stomach after eating of junk food.
