Do you remember what triggered this kind of addiction to coffee? Maybe you should reflect or try to trace how this habit was formed so you can attack the cause and from there you will be able to minimize your coffee intake. Is it mainly because you were influenced by people at work where 90% were coffee drinkers? Was it because of a free coffee service at work?

I do my best to avoid coffee, also. There are times; however, when I benefit from stimulants. Too much caffeine is a mistake for me so I've given up coffee at certain times. It usually doesn't take too long before I go back to drinking it on a daily basis.

Speaking of coffee. I miss having coffee every morning right after I get up on bed. I miss the taste of that particular coffee I used to drink. It's been 2 weeks now that I stopped drinking coffee, because it caused me depression every time I have my monthly period. Everyone who starts drinking coffee would most likely get addicted to it, probably due to caffeine.

You're not the only one. Even at this hour at night, I'm drinking coffee. I actually have a warm cup sitting beside my Mac (and what coincidence I happen to chance upon your post. I know, I'm also addicted. I need to control this addiction. But what can I say, I'm hooked. :(
