today,i have arrived another country,other than my country,people here talked by english,so sometimes i can't understand what they are saying,it is bad for my job here.i want to promove my english level quickly,and i know i must pay more attentions on it.but i have other more things about my job to learn,i don't have more free time.so i want to promove it by seeing the video at night.who can give me some native english videos for me learning.thank you first.i will make full use of your resources.

Check out the Australia Network Learning English programs at http://australianetwork.com/learningenglish/vodcast.htm. I am an English teacher and I use these videos with my students. They are great for developing both listening and speaking skills.

Actually, you do not need any videos. Conversing with people surrounding you is already a source to help you in improving your English skills. There are also reading materials like news papers and magazine available, make it a habit and soon you'll improve.

You'll find it hard if you force your self and you do not enjoy what you are doing cause you're under pressure. There are lot's of rules in English so it will only mix up in your brain, trust me. I have lots of English work books but none of them i read and answer. It's like learning Chinese Mandarin, i have a basic mandarin book but 'till now i have difficulties in pronunciation and few of those words i memorize. What i do now is to use those simply words and practice conversing with my Chinese neighbors. We both have a hard time since she doesn't understand English(she teach me Mandarin, i teach her the English words). We simply understand each other through sign/body language and gestures. It was fun though.

what you say is the same to what my colleges said to me.but i was so worried,because if i can't issue the problem,i can not do my job well,and i can not communicate to my boss.so i want to improve quickly.

Hi, You should English Channels aqnd make some video of English conversation and slowly listen it. Listen it again and again. Then it can help you.

Hi friend! If you want to learn fast, u should just practice basic english and remember many vocabulary. Just buy dictionary! Communicating in english is easy, but communicating with proper grammar and pronounciation is hard, so back to basic, just learn as many as vocabulary you can!
