Dancing Barefoot Around the House

I was just telling my roommate yesterday that I need a radio for the kitchen. As I am the cook and cleaner upper for the 3 of us, I cannot stand listening to the television shows going on in the living room while I am doing the work. There are bad movies, court shows, etc. that get on my nerves. However, I feel like I should not be the one to have to fork over all of the money for this radio. I feed the roommates, right? I clean up after the roommates, right? What do you think?

I do dancing barefoot under the rain reminising childhood memories and not in the house.I usually do multitasking while doing my household chores. For instance, I sweep the floor while i tried to cook rice.

hello there, i really love dancing and singing too and also listening to music when i am doing something except for when i am reading and studying because when i do, i really need a very quiet environment because i really can not focus when there is noise or even music. well yeah i love oldies music too, i love 90's and also some of the very old songs for ballads. and yes i always have my headphones on

I also love dancing. This is one of my favorite. To the song, any kind of song will do. I can dance with the old songs as well as the new one. I can only sing when doing some household chores but when it comes to dancing, I have to stop first.

I have kids and we are all about enjoying life! Being barefoot reminded me to clean my carpets this week, haha so thanks for that! No really, I love to log on and play music videos and dance with my little ones. It creates a peaceful and positive atmosphere for them and myself. When struggles and stresses seem to weigh me down, i turn to good old fashion and current new released music! i love all types of music and have never been one to listen to a sing just because I like the artist. The song has to have meaning. I love teaching my kids new songs too. We just ordered Kids Bop, as many think it's silly but I like it because it's approperate for their ages. I'm not crazy about 80's music but my best friend is and wants me to be more "invloved" with her interests. So, I will give it my all. This is a positive topic and I would love to see more of this! Thanks for sharing! It made me smile and also reminded me to get my chores done too!

I am like you too. I always love to sing while I do dishes. It helps me to get it done when I am not feeling that good about it. It is also a way that I can praise God while working. Sometimes I don't put music just sing whatever I feel at the time. It isn't that great sounding but I do not think the walls care what it sounds like!

i do the same when i have the energy. i listen to rock from the 60s, 70s and 80s and sing at the top of my lungs. we have a great radio station here where i live that plays that music so i listen to it.
