Why tensios occurs in a job while you are working sincerely? I am working in a company from Dec, 2012 and i am not happy in this job as there is not any career or any opportunity to groom up. It is a marketing based job and i am fed up of this job. I don't have any particular expertise except blogging or woring online. But i need to know is there any suitable task to do then do let me know so that i may make myself stronger and self willed and could start my own buisness rather it may be a little one but must be my own with my own authority.

Uhm, maybe you mean December 2011? Anyway, the workplace is no exception for tensed atmospheres. You work with different people with different attitudes and work ethics; and some of these are not compatible with your own values and personality. I am not saying you have to be sociable there; you're there to work afterall and not to make friends. But surely, no situation in any organization can't be resolved by proper communication. Have you tried talking to your superior about how you feel? Instead of waiting for someone to tell you what you need to do to get something done, why not take initiative and do the asking yourself? It wouldn't hurt if you try to ask.
