How Have You Seen God in Your Life?

I am always curious about this. I love reading these Christian type testimonial/devotional stories. Miracles, really.
For example, a few months ago my husband and I were stressing the expense to go on a weekend trip because we had a lot of bills to pay and if we didn't come up with some gas money/food money for the trip soon we wouldn't be able to go. One night, shortly before the trip I was having trouble sleeping because I knew my husband wanted to go, but we might not be able to make it. I was really stressing. So I got up out of bed, and walked over to my husband's books and started reading one of the books about miracles he has, big and small miracles... and I read one about a college kid finding some money in a book he took with him from home when he really needed it. I sat down to pray, asking God to help us with our financial difficulties to get us through the next month until we got another paycheck to help out, or to help my home business to flourish so we could make ends meet. I went back to my husband's books and was flipping through them. Inside one of them I found a card, so out of curiosity, I opened it up. It was "congrats on getting into grad school" card, with a $100 bill taped to the inside of it! More than enough for us to fill the tank to get where we needed to go for the weekend, and to get some groceries when we got back. Things got so much easier for a little while after that, that I couldn't help but offer up some thanks for it.
Any one else have a story like that? I would love to hear them.

I was recently victimized by a scam. I didn't know it until 3 days later the Lord exposed it. Prior to the expose, I kneeled to God to reveal to me if I can trust the person because they told me I won a huge amount. I know I acted foolishly by succumbing to their deception. But I know who I am. I am a child of the Most High GOd. And my daddy God will avenge for me.
True enough, the Lord gave me what I lost and made it to my advantage.
This is the latest testimony I Have but I have lots of testimony to share.
Another story is when I lost my atm card. before I lost it, there was this voice inside me telling that I need to withdraw all the money. And so I did. But when I already lost the card I undersatand why suddenly I felt the urge to do it though it's not my usual thing to do.If I didn't follow the voice then I realized that I would be in great trouble.

Hi Playswithfood. I have seen God many times in my life. Everyday I do feel his presence in my daily work... even in silence and in pain I do feel God with me. Sometimes God does surprises us with little things and he does this always on time. We will never even be able to understand just how wonderful his plans are for us.
I have specifically felt God moved me when we were left by my father. We have not lost any hope that life will be better for us and so it did become better and we are ll successful professionals now.
God showed me my way when he guided me through different paths in my career.. he showed me where to go and has prepared me well for what i am to do and what i am destined to do with my life ( i believe he did it on purpose... with compassion and love for me)
God is present in my life, when i only see one man that i want to be with in my life.. God opened my eyes to the real him. God was there when i was devastated... God showed me it is not the end of the world. God showed me that he is there with me and has made me felt sad, bad, broken and so on. God was with me, he made me feel that i am never alone that i had to go through this so i can be better, so he can have my heart reborn and see that his real purpose in my life is never to be hurt, not to be with this man and his family who would only cause me more pain in the long run...
Quite a lot of times i have thought why we would be in pain, but i know - we know God is always with us and that he allows things to happen to shape us. not to harm us.

Yes, you have a great miracles done by God in your life. It is always amazing to see some bucks surprisingly. When I do clean up the house, I always see an amount that I could not imagine I will be able to see in this way. And yes, sometimes I do see money in a book.. It is really simple but very amazing, really. God's help always comes on time..

Hmmm. That's a loaded question! I see God:
1. When seasons change. He knows we would get tired of the same season all year, especially if it's not our favorite season. I hate summer, so I wouldn't want it all year. He knows this, and responds in love by giving us four of them.
2. Being pregnant. I have three kids, and carrying them... there was no better way to experience God than to feel that baby growing and moving inside me. HE created life, and allowed me to experience it!
3. Animals. The Lord has given my entire family a love for animals. We consider it a blessing from God every time our pets respond to us, cuddle with us when we're sad or not feeling well or when we walk into the room. I see it as God's angels responding to us at exactly the right time.
4. When I'm thinking about something but not really discussing it with anyone else and someone mentions it or provides it... that's definitely God. He knows our thoughts without us having to speak them. When He gives me something unexpected, I feel His love and know exactly who was encouraging the situation.
5. No matter how tight our money is or how much my husband worries that our needs won't be met, they always are. Sometimes just barely, but they are met. Sometimes he uses other people to help us out and other times our income is enough. This is truly the Lord keeping His promise to take care of us.
6. When I see myself changing in areas that I've always been stubborn in... I know that's God changing me because I couldn't do it myself. This has happened a lot over the last few years as He yields me to be what He wants me to be.
God is all around us, working in us and through us. If we look for Him, we WILL see Him. That's exactly what you saw in your own experience. Keep looking for those moments and you will always know God.
