Well I have attending this free aerobics at our town plaza which is I already endure for almost 4 months. The schedule is good but it is not everyday going on just Tue, Thurs and Sat only every 5 am. And then suddenly the instructor have change the routine and I feel awkward about it. The new step was harder than before, and none to all aero fanatics there can follow fully the new routine. And I feel that by doing it trying so hard I feel I look fooled about it. He said that he wanted a new and updated cardio routine but he never updated the music which is during the 90's so I can't say that it was better than before. I know I shouldn't be complaining and get used to it because I am benefiting it for free. But I think it will take a month again for me to be able to follow the whole routine of aerobics.

I think that when you do the same routine over and over again, you lose something. Facing a new one exercises your mind as well as your body. In our yoga class they change every two or three months.

Well, I think you need to continue doing the aerobic because if you stop your body will seek for it. This can also be the cause of gaining weight again so better stick with it.

Hi Jade my friend that 's only a myth the only thing that will cause me to gain weight is if I stop and exceeded my calorie intake for the day and that time I'll gain weight. But If I stop and maintain only the calorie I take and the calorie burn and that is the time I just maintaining my weight. This is just basically balancing or over balancing the calorie take and out in the body
