Do you believe that it is the cause of our suffering? and so how do we get out of it?

I really don't know. If it is then someone must have put a huge curse of karma on me for some reason or another, I wish I knew why though. I would love to get out of it if that is what's been troubling me lately. Nothing is ever worth it anymore for me it seems.

I'm sorry to hear that NailTech. I hope you'll get out of whatever driving force it is. Message me if you want to talk about it. I'm ready to listen.

Its not that interesting for anyone to listen to, just my own demons to get by. I have so much disgust for our medical system right now, they help people yes but in other ways they are just a hindrance sometimes if you don't have insurance. It has been something that has troubled me most of my adult life, not getting the proper health care for most of it.

Get out of it??? Why would you want to? It is teaching you great lessons if you are listening. Let's think for a moment. What would return if you gave the world nothing but Unconditional Love??? Hmmm? This Karma is going to be Glorious!!!

Thank you bird. Why wouldn't you want to get out of suffering if it is the result of karma. I'm not saying to get out of karma because there is a good karma as well. I totally believe in balance.

The idea of Karma basically means "You get what you give." It's all about your actions and how you treat people. Whatever you do intentionally to others comes back to you in the future. So if you are kind and generous, then good things will happen to you. On the other hand, if you are mean and insensitive to others, then not-so-good things could happen to you.so the actions of your past lives can affect your present and future lives.i do believe in karma, but sometimes good people go through terrible things and treated terribly by others no matter how good they are.

That's what's in my thought, that sometimes no matter how good a person is, bad things happen to them.

what goes around comes around...what goes up must go down... If you do good things, it will come back at you. If you do bad things, same will do come back at you. Most of the time this is true. But then there are times we do good things and we feel like there's nothing good coming back on us. Maybe we are not that sincere in doing good or so...we still have bad deeds so we can't have all good things around...

I think that there is such thing as karma. For example, if you plan to do something bad to someone (innocent/no reason) then you'll receive karma by any means at work or daily activities. It ALWAYS happens to me and I can't seem to figure out why. Good and bad karma. It also depends if you think that there is such thing as karma.

I do believe we reep what we sow and you gotta treat others how you want to be treated because if we do negative things in our life, negative outcomes will happen, and if we live and think and treat others with positivity, it will come back too.

Don't you think good things comes out from bad things as well?

I believe in Karma, i think if you treat a person a certain way or do something you know it's not right- it will COME BACK TO YOU. No matter if it's a small little thing. Karma has hit me sometimes and it gets you back even harder. I think the only way to get out of it is to start doing the bad things we did good.

There two kinds of karma: the good and the bad. Either of the two, whatever we've done to other people, it will happen to us in 77x. It is just knowing the golden rule.
