How I wish I could travel, but vomiting and nausea kept killing me. Even if I am taking medicines to control the problem but still it exist. I could not see or experience the view or the scenery of the place, so I might as well stay. Any solutions or advise?

I advise if you go in a car sit in the front passenger seat. If you go on a train then get a place in the middle of the train and sit next to a window. If you travel by ferry then stay on deck looking out to sea. Keep your eyes as far as you can see out to sea.I suggest sit on the front forward facing passenger seat on a bus or a coach. You could try out wearing pressure bands on your wrists to avoid travel sickness. Never read whilst you are moving. My daughter suffers travel sickness in my car. I will ask the garage of my make of air to take the airbag out of the passenger side of my front seat. I think my daughter gets sick sitting in the back of the car. Good luck.

Oh, sorry to hear that. Maybe you can overcome it by some physical exercises or sports. The strength of your body may have an influence on your nausea.

To avoid nausea, it is recommended the exercise of relaxation treatments, including yoga, massage, and meditation. A medicine, such as meclizine (Bonine) may stop nausea while travelling (motion sickness). It is recommended to include in your food fresh and well prepared food and stay hydrated by drinking carbonated or sour beverages.
