Well, works are like that..we may get stress when receive it..but it will be ok when we can solve it. I think you did receive too much works or it is over your ability..so that better you reduce your works, or change to another position.
If being stress for long time because of work, it is not good for your health and your works also.

I suggest you do something that makes you happy. If this job is giving you stress then maybe it is time you start searching for some other Job. You can still go to this job and try to be tension free. As soon as you get some other job, you can leave this one. I understand some jobs give so much stress. I was working as sales manager and I had to recruit insurance agents for a insurance company. it was so hectic and so much pressure from above. I could not handle it. I left it, though they used to pay good but my peace is more important. If I have peace I can do better in somethiong else. have a good day

If you're finding that your work is too stressful for you right now, then you should really be trying to remove any stress that you possibly can. One way to do this would be to speak to your manager and discuss the things that are worrying you with them. This would mean that you could change small things about your job role which would mean that you didn't have as much during the course of each working day that would be causing you stress. Your boss will help you, as you will be able to bring more to his company if you are feeling comfortable in your own job role.

It sounds like you really are ready for a change. I would suggest that you apply for other positions with the intention of connecting with work that you enjoy.
Our health is important and if you can spend your time working in an enjoyable situation you will be healthy mentally and emotionally.
Good luck in your search!

So it is that there are more and more opportunities and challenges in our life. So if we don't improve ourselves , we will feel too much stress around us. So just fighting.

I can relate to this. I've worked in a call centre for almost 5 years now and I think I need change, you can only take so much of people constantly chewing you out over the phone. I'm currently on leave right now from work because I have a cyst on my wrist ( which could be work related from the constant typing)and ontop of that work has taken my stress level to a maximum. Sometimes it's hard to face change, but a job is normally not worth such stress. I wish you luck in however you decide to deal with this.

If you think you still interested to go into working place, then I suggest you to exercise before going there, to release happy hormones, reduce stress, when you are back home, don't take the work back and do, but if you want a change really, then you should drop a resign letter and find other work that interests you. Good Luck!

I would start right now and today and start looking for other work. A positive frame of mind is best but that won't last. Stress and pressure usually get worse not better. Another atmosphere and such will help you so much. You need to work for a company you respect and that you can find responsibility in. Good luck!

In any type of work, we all have different type of stress day by day. We either have to perform 100% perfect at our work, or we just feel like we are such useless individuals, stuck in a place that never move us up. I would like to say, for the money, otherwise, I might get angry, and frustrated. That is how life keep us going day by day.
