Running is a really good for of exercise. It increases strength and capacity of your lungs that gives you more stamina, which means you can do more things without getting tired easily or when you're doing strenuous activities you will be able to do it without difficulty or you will not experience gasping for air. When running, your stress could be decreased because first, you are connecting to different things like the environment and your emotions. It helps you focus on something because breathing while running can regulate your mind by increasing the oxygen supply in the blood that is going to your brain. So, run to stay healthy and fit.

You will get tired easily in the beginning, but when you run at least 10 mins to 15 mins everyday your stamina will increase.
