I don't know what is happening to me. I am really feel sick this week. Yesterday, I have been throwing up 3 times, and I had a severe headache. I took pain pill twice but it didn't work. Few days ago, I felt nauseousness like almost everyday now. What do you think it is? I am worried.. :-( I don't feel like eating also. I don't have any appetite and I lost weight big! I am tired all the time and feel very lazy. I hope this is not serious. I am feeling depress and emotional too right now.

Hi chicgale! I'm sorry to hear that. It seems to me that it maybe likely it's something that you have ingested. Can you remember what you have eaten before feeling this? The doctor might ask you that. You might as well recall. As much as possible do not take pills because you are not sure what is the cause of your sickness. Some women who are on their first trimester have those symptoms. I'm just saying. I hope you update us when you go back from the doctor.

ah...that's too bad. I do hope you feel better soon. We have had unseasonably warm temps which has caused me to lose my appetite too...and on ocassion feel tired and listless and then I also get nausea....but not to the point of throwing up. Hopefully its just a bug that has a hold of you.

Sometimes it's not good to self-diagnose or self-medicate. I mean, if we are wrong, we might make whatever sickness we have worse. The best way really is to see a doctor especially since what you're feeling has been going on for a few days already. Hope you get better the soonest :)

Umh...better you should go to see doctors to find out what made you tired like that and then take medicine following the doctor guide.
I was tired too but it because of my period. i thought it caused the weather but it was not, suddenly i had a period and i know it is a reason that made me very tired some days ago...

The depression is natural if you're not well. Are you pregnant? I felt that way at the beginning of my pregnancy.
If you're not pregnant I would suggest that you see a physician because it's not good for you to lose too much weight.
It might be a virus. There are certain things that you can consume that are anti-viral like garlic and cayenne.

It could be a simple flu or if you're just too tired or suffering from too much stress. It might also be something serious though, so it'd be best to visit a clinic and get a doctor's opinion.
I know my reply is a little late, being 1 week later. I hope you've gone to see a doctor by now!

If you have been feeling that poorly, you should go see a doctor. It could be anything from a mild illness to pregnancy to some really nasty medical condition. Without getting checked by a doctor, you really don't know what is going on.

Well, am not a doctor so couldn't tell you. There could be many underlying things as to what is wrong. Could be flu or even food poisoning. Best to go to the Dr and find out for your own sake, he or she might be able to help you. I know you must be scared right now of what it is but going to the Dr will help, I hope it isn't anything serious. Please keep us posted.

Um, chicgale, I think you should go see a doctor. Soon. Like maybe now. You sound so sick! Maybe you have the flu. Do you know anyone else who is sick? I'm sure other mylot members will have better advice for you than me. I just happened to see your post right away. I was looking for something. I feel so bad for you to be so ill. I wish I could say something to help. I think others will respond soon with more helpful advice. Hope you get over this quickly.

If your condition persists for more than two days, it is best if you will go to the doctor for a thorough check up. Maybe you have a bug or something that no ordinary pain killers can lick.
Your condition may also be the manifestation of your depression. But at any rate, a doctor's opinion is still best.
