my helper she knows how to make a chicken that is whole then immersed in water. it will be stuffed with ginger and other vegetables inside. so she said it tastes good and i like it because we won't be using any cooking oil so it is quite healthy. but we still have some food on the table. if we run out of food then i will have that by tomorrow. so i will try to add more ginger as i do like to eat or chew ginger that is cooked already. as it helps to burn more fats in the body.

Oh gosh stop it you're making me hungry. I wish I could now come over and eat it with you it sounds delicious and as you said healthy too with the ginger. I really need to eat more veggies. I've been eating pasta the last few days I need some greens to help me out too!

Ahh yeah the high carbs right? Well I'm not saying you have to but I don't think it would hurt to have a small plate for lunch so you have those carbs to burn if you are going to do a workout or something. But hat may not suit you. I try to eat healthy but sometimes I just go a little crazy. Today we are going out for coffee and this shop has such delicious looking cakes! I must resist

I cooked turbo chicken few weeks ago and i loved it. Our helper massaged salt and pepper the whole chicken inside and out. She put bellpepper, lemon grass, onions inside the belly of the chicken. The temp is 425 and cook for 60minutes. I just love turbo chicken because its not oily since the oil drips below the broiler and taste really good.

Sounds really good to me. I know I wanted some ginger today but the store I went to had none so I guess the next time I go to the other grocery store, they usually have it, so will pick it up there. I have wanted to try to add it to some dishes and maybe make some candied ginger. I did have some chicken salad wrapped in a large collard leaf from the garden today and it was good, with some sweet potato fries. Yum. I would love to try your helper's idea with the chicken though.
