how to stay awake at night?

sleepyhead-that's one of the best words that can describe me. i fall asleep very fast and i don't used to staying up late at night. when i do so, that is either because i'm forced to do something or i really enjoy doing something that i almost forget about the time. i know there is the so called pros and cons about being able to sleep fast. of course, id rather be it than being insomniac. but being a sleepyhead limits me from doing activities that others enjoy doing. watching movies at night is something i dont do because i would just definitely fall asleep. i actually envy the ones who could ALWAYS stay up very late because they could do a lot of things.i wish i could just do the same.

I usually have a cup of coffee or something to nibble while working at night. A good conversation with a friend does keep me up all night as well. There are many techniques you could do if you want to stay up all night but it is much better that you're doing things that interests you rather than doing it without something that would benefit you in return. Otherwise, just sleep at night and just do it when you wake up.

if you want to stay awake at night, you must get away from our bed. if you are in your bedroom at night, it is easy for you to sleep, becuase the bed is near. so you should get away from your bed then maybe you can keep awake. and you need something to excited you, that keeps you work at night. how about coffee and coke. drink something maybe keep you awake. and you must be interested to what you do, if you feel it's boring, it's certain to feel tired and go sleep.

Maybe you're not as healthy as you think you are :) I mean, they say that when you're in tip-top shape (that you have a great balance of food intake and exercise), you won't be a sleepyhead. Or you might probably lack sleep in the first place and that's why you easily feel sleepy come nighttime. Sorry for theorizing so much. I actually am referring to myself since I had experienced this before. Had to change my lifestyle so that I could enjoy the nightlife :)

I am usually awake until 2 or 3 am. Once in a while I will be awake until 5am or 6am. I have a lot of online job and writing to do that's why I stay up until that late. Sometimes I do feel like I don't want to sleep and want to stay awake till the next morning. But, my body cannot endure it. To stay awake that late, I usually drink caffeine drink like tea, cold soft drinks, sachet coffee and etc.

Well, i am sleepy and want to go to bed at 9 pm already, and i like it, sleeping is good for caring women beauty. I have no plan for watching Tv or stay up late at night at all if i have no important things to do. If you want to stay up late, you can drink coffee or strong green tea...or you train yourself to sleep late.

Hi mylzcantor08 Honestly, I really don't want to work at night because same with you I fall asleep very fast.:(.. But sometimes I need to work at night because of some things to do. They said you can think better at night because of the quiet surroundings. So in my case, I tried to drink coffee or soda. Well, it works for me. But please don't drink too much of it. I can stay up until 1 or 2 am before I go to bed. Honestly I could probably stay up longer. I like the night time more then I do the day time. The night time people are quiet in this house. As for how I do it? I guess every once in awhile I just stay up later and later until It's a regular for me. Of course I prefer night shift or later shift jobs so it's not that much of a problem for me to stay up late... Maybe you should drink a cup of cofee around 8 pm if you want to stay up later? That is Coffee has that effect on you.

Hello there, I usually sleep at around 2 am. Sometimes if I am too busy doing some online stuff, then I sleep at around 5 am. Coffee sometimes doesn't work for me If I take it when I am already sleepy. I have discovered that at around 11 pm, I need to have a cup of it and then after an hour I am already energized and I'm not sleepy at all! Why not try it sometimes?
