Is travel outside a good way to shake off bad mood?

In our lives, we need to face many problems. Sometimes, the problems become the load that we can't shoulder, which may make us anguished and tortured. If you are in this kind of situation, how do you do to solve it? As for me, when I feel I can't handle with all of these things, I want to shake off all problems and go to another place because in another city, I needn't to confront the people I know, and I can leave aside the problem for a while, which can make my heart quiet and peaceful.
Do you think it a good way to do it?

People have different ways to confront problems (or to sort of escape them, for that matter :) But I somewhat agree with you on this. Traveling somehow can help us out of a stressful situation, especially when we go to a place with less hustle and bustle compared to where we live. Even a trip to the countryside can do wonders if we live in the metropolis.

If that case, when the weather is not good, then you should try other things. Like what you said Toyota4K, cooking, watching movie or reading a good book. But sharing you cooked to the one who caused you a bad mood is a big NO NO for me. Funny! :)
Or you can stay at home while doing some other stuff, try to relax and enjoy. :)

Good grief! Anguished and tortured??? That's a bit melodramatic isn't it?
When did you last have this kind of problem that you could not shoulder the burden? Did you miss your bus? Did your boss yell at you? OH NO! Maybe he fired you. Or maybe you have had a lover's quarrel?
If you have a problem, DEAL WITH IT!! Talk to someone, get help, look at your options, ask yourself where you went wrong, take responsibility. Grow up!
Running away sometimes is an OK idea but it usually does not solve the underlying problem. You need to face things head on till you can put it behind you and move on.

Well traveling or going to some enjoyable places is a good way to shake off bad mood. When I and my husband are tired and quite bored with our jobs we always make it a point to find a time to retreat in a beach. The beach is a good place to relax and unwind. We do that when we feel that too much work has been giving us bad moods.

I think that being outside when you're in a bad mood is one of the best things that you can possibly do. There is something about the outdoor air that can improve your mood a lot. Whenever I am feeling down, I choose to go out for a walk. It is even better if there is sunshine there, because that can improve your mood even more. It isn't the same when it is raining, but it is better than just sitting inside. Having some exercise means that your body releases endorphins which make you feel a lot happier about things.

It can be difficult to deal with problems. For me especially recently it has seemed as if the problems I face keep escalating. There is so much on my plate. So I have decided that in order to deal with it I have to have my husband start helping me with things around the house. I'm always thinking of things that I need to do or get done and so it's important for me to have a little time to myself to relax. That usually happens when my mom comes to visit and she watches my daughter for me for a little bit. Otherwise I feel as if my head is going to explode .

Traveling is a good way to shake off a bad mood for sure, however traveling can also be stressful if it's not planned right or if things don't go to plan. I know that for a lot of people traveling isn't an option due to financial reasons, this is when the little things like a bubble bath can be helpful.

If you have a bad mood a walk in the bright sunshine might make you feel happier and more relaxed. I like walks by the seashore and in the countryside. I am keen on taking my two dogs out for walks. Going out for a walk with a dog gives lovely company. I think that a problem can be taken and put away. Instead there can be happy feelings and the flowers might look pretty and colorful. You will come back home in a much happier and up beat mood. Good luck.

Good Day, Arielqiao!
That's one way to handle our troubles when they seem to be too much to manage. Going somewhere else that wouldn't remind us of these things that make us think too much.
Quite practical for most of us while others would see it as some a form of escape. Of course, those negative thinking people assume that this 'escaping' person with troubles wouldn't be coming back.
Then again, we all would have to think clearly and leaving an environment that doesn't really provide such peace of mind is definitely a good idea, so that we can collect ourselves and eventually realize a good solution for the things that we worry about.
When you think about it, you just simply need to clear your mind from all the clutter that such problems are giving you even without actually leaving the place where the trouble is happening. However, that is not easy for most of us. We often rely on external factors so that we can influence how we think within.

Sometimes we need to relax and unwind. Especially if you are dealing with some problems. Running away from your problem is not the solution but going somewhere to think and analyze is a better one. If you think you need to go away for a while to think it over then just go ahead, just remember to come back and face your problem.

yeah, i think so. when you travel outside, all you see is new. and you will feel excited when you go to a new place,a new city, even a new country. you will find new people and maybe you can make new friends. when you go outside, you can relax yourself and forget what makes you anguish and tortur. maybe you will think you are new when you travel and feel happy. so it is a good way for you. if you want to forget something and make yourself happy. travel outside!

If you are in one placed all the time it gets to be boring, like a writer you should go out of the house or just the room, so you can relax change of scenery or talk to some one and refresh your mind. I think it is to get away and have a change of scenery. i do that all the time walk to the store or go have a cup of coffee, that makes you feel refreshed when you return. you don't have to go to another city just to the corner store.
