Seems like your computer had been infected by malicious software.
Are you able to boot into safe mode? If yes, try doing system restore in safe mode. If you are not able to run system restore in safe mode, try installing Malwarebytes' Abti-Malware in safe mode and do a full scan.

And here's the link to download Malwarebytes' Abti-Malware:

Remember to update it before running a full scan.

Charles, you are an expert of computer and that is why I value your response (that does not mean I do not value other responses lolzz..)
I think we need to press f5 while computer getting started. Am I right?
I cannot see any restore date and I was not able to perform System restore that was the problem, I think it is happening because of the virus or malware.
if I download MalwareBytes then how can I install it in that laptop when I am not able to install softwares, I think I can install it in pen drive then I can run it on his laptop it can be possible.
I had downloaded MalwareBytes but that was trial version and expired after sometime, can you suggest me any freeware but effective software which can protect my pc from malwares?
thanks.

thanks for the response.
MalwareBytes is good software but unfortunately it is not a freeware.
you said, Malwarebytes itself is a Freeware unless you activate its "Pro Trial Version". Once it " Pro Trial" expire, it does not have any real time protection but however, you are still able to update it and use it to remove any infections. is that mean we can get it by just simple sign up?
yes, I also heard about the Avast freeware that it is a very good antivirus and it is a
freeware but as it is free most of the people have doubt about its efficiency, including me.

You can insert the windows cd, restart your PC, and activate the repair mode from the DOS.

we do not have the CD and that is why we cannot reinstall the Winndows 7 and cope with this problem.
we are unable to install the software and that is why we cannot use software like Ccleaner which can help us.

Well, a precise answer to your question, frankly I can not give it to you.
I do not even understand the reason why you can not install programs on your laptop.
But when you have said "Open With.", You may want to browse through the folders until you find the right program.
There is still the talk of the system configuration that should be redone only when the computer presents serious operational problems. However, having said that, you can always try.

is ubuntu (linux) is freeware?
can I get it free online?
I think, there would be other problems related to Linux because there are sites which do not provide there versions for Linux.
