Hungry Or Bored?

haha.. Me too I eat when i get bored but sometimes i stay in front of the personal computer but i also when there is food! haha

I do that sometimes. I eat when I'm depressed as well. It is interesting you see because they say that eating when you are bored or depressed is your way of filling the void which in a way is comforting.

I have been on my own in the house for the past week because my parents were on holiday, but now that they are home I realise just how much extra I ate because of the fact that I was bored in the things that I was doing. I had nobody who I could talk to because of the fact that I live in a small village and there was nobody there, so this meant that I had nothing to do for the majority of the time. So I just ate a lot of food instead, and I put a little bit of weight on during the course of the week. But I know that I have learned a lot about myself now and hopefully I will be able to make sure that I don't make the same mistake in the future.
