I hate insomnia

I have observed that when I go to sleep at past 12:30 midnight, I usually experienced insomnia and It took me up to 4 hours or 4 in the morning for me to sleep and I hate it. It makes me feel like floating in the air and makes me feel so exhausted. DO you also hate having insomnia?

I get insomnia and it takes a long time before it goes away. A lot of times it is just because there is a lot of things going on in my life all day. I use melatonin when that happens and it works pretty well. It doesn't work like a sleeping pill and knock you out. It just helps to ease the stress and relax you so your sleep pattern can take over.

Yes I have it sometimes and also dislike it very much. I will just stay there and toss and turn for what seems like an eternity. I then want to sleep in the mornings and not at night, so my sleep pattern must be messed up somehow or another. I wish it could get back on track and I'm able to sleep like a baby like the rest of the people I live with, I'm always up when they're sleeping half the time it seems.

even me too hate insomnia for sure since it will destroy sleep eventually and you will feel exhausted at the end of the day .so our mind has to be clear from that thoughts and be free without any stress lifestyle to have save sleep.i for one really hate insomnia to the core
