With the cost of getting children ready for school contantly increasing - I just had to pass this on. During the entire month of August, JC Penney salons are doing free haircuts for children in grades K - 6. No purchase required. No limit on how many children you have that qualify. The only limit is how many children they can physically cut hair for in that time. My local JC Penney has a goal of cutting 200 children's hair on August 1 and if you multiply that by the 31 days in August, that is a lot of free haircuts. So if there is a JC Penney salon in your area, get in touch and get your children scheduled now. It is one less thing you need to pay for before school starts.
