i just gave birth to a daughter in june via c emergency c section (which i wasn't too thrilled about but whatever). i am just glad that she is healthy and thriving. naturally i have been busy adjusting to being a parent and i havent been on mylot lately but luckily she is taking a nap and i have a free minute (for once lol). i am healing up nicely and my 6 week check up is tomorrow. i plan to start an exercise regimen with my husband so we can both get back in shape (we both got out of shape during my pregnancy). i have already lost 30 of the 40 pounds i gained but i still need to tone up some things lol

Congratulations that you have your lovely baby. Yes, it is not easy to be a parent. And we know our parents are not easy when we are parents. Best wishes.

hi, Birdie, congratulations. I got a new grandson in June. You will have occasional free moments, but enjoy all the time you can spend with her. It is good to get in shape and it will help you have the energy to keep up with her, but do not do too much too soon. All the best, and we will see you around some, I am sure.

hi birdie congratulations on your new baby daughter. Its wonderful to have her all healthy and thriving too. Now you must get rest' when baby sleeps so you do not get worn out. Its great you have lost most of the baby weight so now its just a process of staying trim. exercising with someone is a great way to enjoy the process.

yeah it is a good way to exercise but unfortunately that plan has not worked out. literally as soon as i was allowed to exercise, my husband slipped and busted up his leg. he was on crutches for a couple of weeks. i just recently started exercising again at about 8 weeks postpartum. i had no time to exercise when the hubby was injured because i had no help with the baby since he couldn't walkj and i also had to take care of him...ugh

Congratulations! I'm really glad to hear that your daughter is healthy and is doing well. I have a daughter, who was born last November. I certainly do remember those days, when she was a month old. I can certainly relate. I do hope that your check-up goes well, and that you are all able to stay healthy.

wow. back in november i was only like 3 months pregnant lol. anyway i hope so too. by the way i hate my former ob/gyn. she did nothing at the six week checup. it is amazing how money drives some doctors to not even care about their patients

Congratualtions! I just had a baby girl in beginning of July also. She is my second daughter and I found that I am recoving a lot a lot a lot faster this time around. She was born naturally and I totally agree with you that I am very glad that my baby was born healthy and everything seems find. I also want to get back i nshape as soon as possible too, I hate looking at my jiggly belly when I laugh and when I drive through the bumps....

Hi birdie! Nice to hear that you are a mom now!! I don't understand "via c emergency c section". I take it as some medical process! We have lots of tips that should be followed during pregnancy! Hope you have followed many tips which made you to give birth to a beautiful fairy! My uncles wife is pregnant and she is on her 8th months I think! I'm eagerly waiting to see a new relation for my family! Since their home is near by, I go to their home and do what ever I can do! That makes my aunty happy and my uncles too as he will be sleepy all the time due to his night shifts! I'm still single and I need to have clear idea about pregnancy time! So that, I can take care of my wife well! Hope you would have had a great journey during your expectant mother state! Just need to wait for couple of year to take car of my wife in such state!
