Lime green substance and its not algae.

Need some advice on pool cleaning! Thursday we got some algicide because of algae building up in the pool, we got the algae out so the pool water went from Green to CLOUDY! Got some clearicide and now it produces bubbls and if you scoop up the bubbles theres a lime green trace, What could this be? It is also producting a white slime looking stuff. Could it be calcium build up, lime stone? Anyone know how to clear the cloudyness up again, would really appreciate it. And if it is calcium buildup how do I get it down some?
