i need help :( my account was hacked i guess

hi guys.
i was trying to enter in my hotmail account and im pretty sure it was hacked. first my password doesnt work and when i chose the forgot password option they put a security question that wasnt the one i put when i created my email :( also the alternate email its not mine. is there a way of any of you can please help me? i already contacted microsoft but its taking a long time. do you guys know any person that works to microsoft and can help me solve this problem? cause that email i have it since 6 years and i have a lot of contacts there. i cant lose that email :(

well I think that was really bad, I have that 3 options too when I can't access my emails, (forgot password, alternative email and security questions).. well if its not working you have to be patient to the Microsoft's response. I wish you all the luck, don't worry you can retrieve your account everything is possible. :)

yes i will be patient and wait for their answer^^ i just wish they dont delete my account. wouldnt be fair to me. i have that email since a long time and some contacts i didnt memorize. but its like you say everything is possible. so ill just wait and see. thanks for your advises. it is so bad that someone did that to me. it isnt really fair. cause i never did any harm to no one. anyway i wish it is solved soon.

i recovered my account too^^ im so happy. but they really make some hard questions to be sure that you are the account owner. it would be too sad if bcs of a hacker i couldnt have my account anymore. it would be a big problem cause in most part of online places thats the account i have. so i would have to change everything. and i would lose some friends contacts. thanks so much for your advises^^ and im happy that you could recover your account too.

yeah that was not really fair, I was hacked once but thankfully I retrieve my account they do allot of bad stuff on my contacts and I'm very pissed on them.. so now I tried to change my password every months to a strong keywords just add case sensitive passwords like upper/lower case letter, numbers and symbols.

im still hoping that i can recover my account. i have a lot of contacts there and i dont know all my contacts. i really wish to have my account back.but you are right if i cant enter in my account anymore i will have to change it. i really wish i can have my account back. it isnt fair that i lose my account without fault. thanks for your opinion^^ im happy that people are trying to help me with their advises^^ have a nice day.

If you have any other email address registered with your email provider, ask them to send your password to that account. If they send you the new password as it has already been changed by the hacker to that account, sign in with it. See if everything is alright and then immediately change the password. If you use this email address for working with different sites, open a new email account for the purpose. In the meantime, change passwords for all the sites you work with. This is very urgent. So make no delay in doing so.

oh that is bad, I think you must check on the emails and see if changes are made. This thing is also true that a hacker won't change all those details you described. I think must be some body you know. I am sorry to here this. Hope you have it sorted. good day

i cant check the email. they dont let me access it cause the security question is different so i dont know what to answer to it. and the alternate email is different too. it just doesnt make sense that someone does it. i was really hoping that someone that worked to microsoft was a member of mylot and helped me out. its really desperating that you try to access your account that is something private and you cant. thanks for your help^^
