how do i change mature content setting

I just tried to reply to someone's discussion, and was talking about peircings and tattoo's, so nothing taboo. Up popped a message saying you have chosen not to view mature content so your reply cannot be posted, change your preferences here. I clicked on the provided link, and nowhere can i see how to change this! Can anybody help, as i also couldnt find anything about it int he FAQ's
