hi mylotters, I really love Madam's chicken curry every time we go to their place she always prepare this one along with chapatti or puri oh I miss her it's been two months since the last time I tasted her chicken curry. Last week I just made my own chicken curry it's not that perfect like what madam cooked but Mom's like it to think she hates spicy one I just lessen the spices and my friends said it taste yummy . So I think even Madam is not around I can have chicken curry the south indian style I am glad she let me know how to make this one. Do you like chicken curry? happy mylotting

Oh yeah,,I like how madam A cooked it, but I am not sure about your recipe- haven't tasted it... but I guess I had an idea based from the Chicken Biryani wherein you let me eat only half spoon of serving due to too much chiliiii

i love chicken curry. i cook it and i enjoy looking at people eating it and tell me that it is good yeah we don't like it spicy too, so i don't add some more black pepper.

yeah we just can't enjoy eating when it is too spicy.. unlike my brothers and my pops, they love eating spicy foods... but i can say my youngest brother can really tolerate really spicy foods. i don't know how he can do that.

hi lyn, is it allowed to share the recipe here? I can give you the simple one unless you can find Indian store there so you can buy all the herbs and spices. Just fried the chicken its more easy to do

Hi Bhaby, i like chicken curry that is not too spicy. The picture of chicken curry that you posted here seems delicious to me. Whenever i want to cook chicken curry, i always make sure it is not too spicy and tastes sweet. Do you like eating sweet chicken curry as well? Don't forget to cook chicken curry for me to taste when i have the chance to visit you and others in future...

Yes, with the added coconut milk, it makes the curry tastes very delicious. Only we need to finish eating it within a day, since coconut milk can turn sour very fast. Would let you and others know once i have the opportunity to visit your beautiful country...

I have eaten it at a couple of Asian restaurants before. I like the spicy flavor and texture of it. But I have never tried to make it myself yet. My family doesn't like spicy foods and it wouldn't go over to well.

Yes I like chicken curry. It's funny but back in the 70s when I was attending the university, we lived in apartments and the guy who lived in the apartment above ours was a Chinese Jamaican and he was always cooking curried chicken! It smelled so good but I never ate any of it. When I got married I found a box of curry seasoning in the store and decided to try it. I made my own curried chicken. It was not bad for somebody who didn't know how to cook it!
