I need to regain strength to recover the lost revenue.

Good day Fellow Mylotters, I was sick last week so I need to regain strength this time. And as one of the step I should have been doing is to sleep early. As sleeping compose a big part to gain the loss energy on our resistance. However, it is quite difficult for me to sleep early now a days. As I have lost some revenue. As I was not able to logged on to my online gigs. As a result, the earnings was too low. So now, I am again picking up the pieces that was lost and start to gaining the income back. But, I am doing some precautionary measures this time such as setting a time when should I be sleeping and how many hours should I stay in-front of the computer. Hence, in this way, I can prevent to happen that bad situation to occur once again.

You should take it easy. Have to rest, take in necessary vitamins, fruits and vegetables. Stay cool. Have time for enough sleep. I'm, for one, suffering from headaches, slight fever due to lack of sleep becasue of working on my day job and to my on line gigs. Lets saty healthy. Thanks

Hello airasheila. Cool name by the way . I just wanted to say that I admire your strength to keep calm and keep it going. If you say that your connection to the internet is your a large source of income then I truly admire your hardwork. It is not easy even if it does seem simple. You must have real passion for what you are doing. By the way, keep energize by having simple snacks by your side. You can eat bread, you do not have to stay away from it but eat less of it because it induces the feel good hormone serotonin- which will make you sleepy. For example, if you had like a delicious sandwich with heavy bread so to say, do you feel sleepy afterwards? Then it is perfectly normal. Just a tip to stay awake the healthy way.

Even though it is very important for us to do our online work, I also think that it is very important to take care of ourselves first. For me, I've still been on the computer every day, but I did hurt myself in a car accident about a week and a half ago and that has had some impact on the time that I have been able to spend working on my online endeavors. With that said, I try to be a person that front loads my month with my online work so I don't tend to feel as stressed out when the end of the month comes around and I'm trying to make my payouts.

Take good care of yourself, your health always comes first! You will be able to regain everything as long as you are healthy. You have made a good choice that you sleep better and spend less time in front of the PC. I hope you'll fully recover soon!

so try to sleep early. because most of the time we are so busy with computer which causes us to sleep late. i think it is not the good habit. and be wise how you spend your time infront of your computer to earn money.

hi there jula65, for now, i have set a sleeping time for me since i need to regain what has been lost. and i am really spending it wisely even before. only, i was so exhausted with the task that i am doing online plus offline.

Good day to you too. I think that you should eat all the vegetables and vitamins you need. Don't stress about bad wether, isntead take yourself a pause and go to sleep, or atleast rest. I'm from Norway, and in Norway now a days it's only rain and it's cold outside. The weather here is bad, and I wish we could get some more sun, but today it's very shiny and I wish we could get more of that.
