As I write this, I am presently having my morning dose of hot coffee. As I stare at my mug I am thinking about facts that coffee brings. Coffee is good because it contains antioxidants, while the caffein on the other hand isn't good. Good or bad as it is having it in moderation perks me up, and that I can't go through a day without having at least 1 mug of it. I just love coffee!

Coffee is one of the most popular three drinks in the world. It is fine as long as not too much.
Enjoy the coffee, enjoy the life.

I'm a coffee drinker myself and it's quite addictive. I know when I've taken too much already my stomach turns acidic. It has it's good and bad effects, but I have learned to taper my love for coffee and learned that moderation is the key to maximize it's good effects and outweighs the bad.

Coffee has good effects on our health like it is a good anti-oxidant, however, when you have too much coffee, that is when it turns disastrous to your health. Sleeplessness is one bad effect and too much coffee can also cause palpitation. So, drink coffee moderately.
