Temper before menstruation

It is a fact that before you had your menstruation your temper becomes very short. Me and my boyfriend always fight once a month because of my temper, I always got irritated easily and put all the blame on him. Does this happens to you often? Or always? Hope I'm not alone. It's always a week before I had my period that this happens. I always watch my temper, but I just can't help it.

I become more emotional whenever the period comes near, but not enough to cause a fight between my husband and I. Sometimes I would snap at him, but I am quick to say sorry I snapped at him. He knows me well and when he thinks I'm acting odd he will just start to count and say, ok, you're cycling lol!
It is normal to have mood swings as your hormone levels change, but I have learned that not all of it is pure hormonal, sometimes it is also up to us if we will pass on our discomfort in the form of anger to our loved ones. It is also wrong. Me and my husband decided we will be more patient with one another, not only during my special time, but whenever one of us isn't feeling good.

You're actually right. I instantly realize it after a few hours, and then I'll be back to my own self. It's a girl thing. ;)

yes that is right, women have or easily get hot temper if they have menstruation and the reason is women totally get irritated when they have menstruation and that irritation makes them easily break their temper and they will have hot temper.

My girlfriend is just like that when she is about to have her menstruation, well when we were just starting in our relationship, we too always fight because of her sudden mood change, but now we are 4 years already, and when I notice her sudden change in mood I just tease her that I know that its her day, and we will just both laugh about it. Good day

I heard that most people gets angry during their periods and it is normal for them to get into blues or get into depression or to get angry. I think you should say to yourself it is normal feeling and should relax and try to carry on with your life.
