I have been working online for a while, I feel firstly it's hard to find some legit online earning sites, secondly once u found some sites you love to work, then you need to think about your referrals because it's one of the ways to increase your earning, but it's extremely hard to keep them active. Can mylotters can share some tips for keeping your referrals active?

Well the first thing I need to do is actually get some referrals which I can't even do. No one I know is interested in any of these sites for pennies so at least you were able to get some referrals. Might need to bug them a bit and give them encouragement. Tell them how much you've made or something, might get them going

Money always a motivation, right. That's a good idea. But I think before that,a lot of people believe online earning is easy but it's not true, if you want a decent salary, I don't think u can earn that online, online earning only give you extra money, sometimes some site you have might give you a decent extra money, so earning money is hard no matter what, require hard work and time investment.

Riya my friend and kai therefore I not make any single referral because I know referral will not active. They join only because we are saying them but they are not interested for working in mylot. They feel earning is less and boring etc. I heard this from my two referral and no single discussion response from their side. So I leave this idea and I more active here and earn month.

I think if a person not reaching a certain goal they will become inactive . I dont think you can do nothing really maybe just adding them as a friend and coaching them . I wish i had referrals lol

Always keep on searching for new referrals to replace the inactive ones
Getting referral is a work which we can do whether they would be active or not totally depends on them alone
offer refback, do referral exchange with them and also tell them ways to get referrals are some ways to keep them active but still it totally depends on them.

I face to the same problem with you too, actually I do not have any referral at all,I find out that it is no easy to persuade others to join mylot and keep them in active, the reason I will may be firstly the earning is limit and secondly they will find it a little boring after a few days later,so may be we should persuade those that mylot is a good place to share what they feel and what they do,and if they can persist this and they will get reward as well, and we should keep in touch with them and do not let them to forget mylot.

That's true, i have no referrals in mylot, and at first when I use this site, I'm kind of lost cus too much information to start, but the longer time I use, the more I like this site, I think this is the best writing site to start with. When I start a discussion, I alway excited about people answers, what they brought ideas to me and I really like this disscustion about earn extra money, I enjoy it.

Most of people have the same situation with you. How to solve this problem? I think we should follow two steps: firstly, you should try to fix right person as your referrals when you promote your program.secondly, maybe you should take some incentive measures in order to make them active, for example, you should give them commission if they keep active.

Even the first one I feel extremely hard, the right person is the person needs money? Or the person always work hard? The person has commitment; and the second one is commission, then that involve with money, you need to trust with that person, it's kind of new to me but I think that's how it works I guess.

For the many years that I have been here in mylot, I could never find a way to make my referrals active. I guess it is all up to the person to be active here or not. No matter what you do. If you could only imagine, I have already referred more than one hundred people here, and only 3-4 are active. The rest have only one or two posts. Well, if someone could find a way to make them active, I too would certainly want to know.

Wow..you brought up a tough question. This remains a mystery still.
I've tried many ways, but not sure all of them are working. I've tried incentivizing them too, but just very few cared about that.
If the program is easy to understand and potential, some people stay active. In that manner, MyLot is not easy to understand for the newbies. And if they find a way to get referrals, some people stay active. So, I think the better way to keep them active is to guide them in getting their referrals.

Yeap, it's like building a long term relationship with them, they earn more, you get more too. If they join as ur referrals, they should think they won't get any lose and instead, they get a coach for free, online earning coach for free, to guid them and help them earn, to save them some time. So getting referrals is one thing, keeping them active is another.

My tip for you is this: Find people who are also interested in what you do. Then connect with them on a personal level, sharing to them your ideas, your interests, and the reasons why you want to work with that site. Then if they express interest in joining you in that site, then give them your referral link and ask them to sign up. Then after they've signed up, don't leave them as if they will act on their own. Guide them through until they become committed just like you do. That's my strategy and it's working well for me. Maybe it will work for you too.
