Recently I chanced to read a saying,'If you want to be happy,be.'This is how we can achieve happiness.Happiness is not something that depends on something out of us.It is just a state of mind.If we have control over our mind,we can be happy even when we are surrounded by hostile circumstances. The very simple blessings in life are in everyone's life.We can be grateful for them.People who are always dissatisfied and annoyed turn a blind eye to these simple blessings. So they are always unhappy.

From the school days we have been learned that 'Working is worship'. As per my opinion by doing and completing our work with determination we can achive some sort of satisfaction. The satisfaction earned by doing some good work gives real happiness. 'A satisfied mind is a Place were Real happiness lives'

I agree, putting trust and faith in the Lord is also a big deal in being happy.
Aside from that, I also think that happiness can be achieved by seeing the good despite and instead of the bad. For example, a half a glass of water can be seen by the sad and pessimistic person as half empty; while a positive person can happily say that "Thanks goodness, the glass is half-full, just a half more and it will be completely full". Happiness is a state of mind and a choice. It is up to us what we will choose, to be happy or stay miserable.

whether glass is half-empty, half-full or something else altogether; it is upto you. no one is always optimistic or pessimistic. ofcourse we should always be thankful to God whether achievement is small or it is big.

I completely agree. It's the simple things in life that we should strive to enjoy. Sometimes we get side tracked by other things. But we should strive to keep our focus in the right place in order to find true happiness.
