Facebook-ing

I hate it whenever I can't get rid from Facebook. There were times when I thought about selling my laptop so I could just stop Facebook-ing. All I did for this past few days was to check my Facebook account from time to time even there is obviously nothing new. I hope I can make it possible not to post anything for a month and to check my account for at least twice or thrice a day only.

oh I have that goal too and yah from now on i'm not opening my facebook account but if just there is an emergency like if someone message you. I can receive it on my cellphone and let me think if I want to see it or totally not really open my facebook account. I'm doing this because if I started using it I think I'll never get out of it. Just discipline and you know you can used to it.

If you find that you are on facebook alot just make small changes to start off with. I some times tend to only check for private messages. that only takes less than a minute. Make yourself busy but playing music or watch tv instead. As for me, I turn on the music loud while I do house work. I then start dancing to the music while I am cleaning. check facebook on the mobile/cell phone. You may find checking facebook less and less providing you keep yourself busy with other things

Hi, I am not a Facebook addict. But sometimes when I am bored I log in and try to look at new updates or photos from my friends. I spend some time like that and it feels nice that way.

maybe you can do something to curb your addiction like making and following a Facebook schedule on when to log in and check notifications from friends. Or make a list of all the other things that you could accomplish when you're not logged in. For example, pick a part-time job, get fit, clean your room, volunteer in a group, etc.

May be we call you an facebook fanatic, unlike to me once a day only using facebook for just checking updates or sharing from my family. Sometimes I skip a day without Facebook, unlike here in mylot I see too it that 1 or 2 hours staying here and discussing something. Then I have other sites which I earn something money.. you know what I mean of not staying longer to facebook that's the reality on me...

you are addicted to facebook and you will need a lot of self discipline so that you can already stop it. I also admit I love to go to Facebook and check it from time to time but then I dont stay at it for a long time because I love mylot more than facebook

Hi friend, not only you lot of people are getting addicted with facebook and wasting their time with this site. I wonder why a lot of people posting their photos, videos and comments in this site without any benefits? lot of social sites are paying money for our activities, better to join with this kind of sites and earn money in their free time by working with it
