I so adore Adele and all of her songs. One of my favorite among of her songs is "Chasing Pavements", but I HONESTLY don't really understand this line of her; "or should I just keep chasing pavements." Could you please explain to me the meaning of this?

I don't think I have heard this song yet, but I can assume it might mean that should she continue to fall hard towards the ground. Is this possible? I do love Adele. She has such a unique voice quality. I think my favorite is Rumor Has It.

I first heard this song in youtube and a cover by Gabe Bondoc, listen to it, its a great cover, and my girlfriend told me it was Adele's song. Regarding your question, I think "or should I just keep chasing pavements" means that it is like saying to continue. The stanza "should I give up or should I just keep chasing pavements even if leads nowhere " , It is like loving a person who does not love you back, your confused if your are going to give up loving that person or continue loving but thinking that this love wont bloom or will end up nowhere. Just my interpretation of the song :)
