when yours boss with a bad mood ,you be affected ??

I think you just continue doing your job. To your best as much as you can. If your boss is not in the mood, try to look on the brigther side, try to set better goals and aim for it. As long as you are doing your job well, nothing to worry about it.

When my boss is not in the mood, it kinda rub off of me. So what I do is rest and breathe and analyze what I have been doing wrong that affects his mood. After awhile I realize that it is not me but him. LOL!

Nice question if my boos will in bad mood I will not talk with him/her for some time even the matter is urgent ask other seniors. Some boss are very rudely and tell this words why you not finish this work properly and your working way is not good etc. etc.

Well sometimes it affect us cause she even noticed even small things which are not worth it and non sense. We just not mind her and try to act normal and just focus on our works.

We can easily identify if our boss is not in a good mood.If that's the case all we have to do is to just pretend he is not around.Good if he will not call our names.If that happen, we just tried to understand him being polite and we never talked back.Sometimes we need to be quite we need to give time for they need it also.I'm affected sometimes especially if he is going to shout and mad at you wiyhout any reason.

Trust me my friend it's a very bad situation. When it's my fault then I just stay put and don't say any thing, but if i'm not wrong then i talk back(Gently :d ) this way the boss won't keeps barking at you and in a few days he even stops barking.
