Can a single lady who has no children secrete milk from her breasts?

Hello mylotters, i will like to know if it is normal for a lady to secret milk from her bosom during love making while she is not pregnant nor have a new born baby. This is what someone I know is currently facing with his girlfriend, does it mean she secretely has a child she's not telling him about? Or she is sick?

Well, I don't know about that. I think yeah they can. Or maybe the single lady already had a child. hehehe.
