I paint my house by my self

Congratulations! I also have experienced that when we transferred to our new home after we got married. Instead of hiring a painter, I was the one who painted our fence. Anyway, it doesn't need any expertise because it only involves one color - black! It will not be obvious if the strokes are not aligned. lol... And I enjoy painting. Like you, when I was still single I also used to help painting our walls.

My aunti and me paint ceiling in our living room last christmas because uncle was out of town. there was dark spot, it cause by rain because the roof was leak. My aunti ask me to sit on the stair and paint the ceiling to cover the dark spot and she held the stairs to maintain the balance. It was fun for me because I like drawing and painting just like drawing, on the ceiling :D plus we didnt have to hire some1.

I think it's wonderful that you get you paint your own house! It's a lot cheaper, too. And plus you can add your own touches to it. Good job! It's not only a painters job, anyone can do it. :D

Hello, I painted my bedroom wall too. I always do since I was teenager and got my own bedroom, before I shared bedroom with my sister but when I was 16 years old I got my own bedroom so I can paint it whatever color I like. I think painting our own wall is not too hard, it is like painting on drawing book but the difference is that our wall is much bigger hahahaha. Its nice to paint our wall by ourself, we can change the color anytime we want and we can save money instead of pay the painter. Nowadays there are many good wall colours, the color looks so fresh and make our rooms looks different.

wow, that's cool. i plan to do it. when you live in a hourse that is painted by yourself, the feel is wonderful, i want but i'm not sure if i could paint it by myself, i don't know how to do it. but it is interesting, maybe i will try it what a good hourse.

Whew that's difficult task. Congratulations! I heard it's better to use rollers than brushes---gives you a more even coat. I would never dream of painting my own apartment because I tend to be messy when dealing with paint. I never liked art class.

Good for you, I bet it looks wonderful too. I have done some painting in this place years ago. Mostly the family did it or my mom. My mom painted it when I was much younger but she messed up alot around the edges, I came home form school and couldn't believe all the messiness she had all over the trim. I was like, what were you thinking. So it has stayed that way for many years here except where I've painted my room here where I've been on and off through out the years. I wish you the best in your painting, it is really fun if you like to do it.

I'd love to pain a house myself. It seems so much fun on TV... :D. Like in the series and chick flicks when girls or a couple do it by hand and they mock each other and laugh a lot... but I'm not the best at hands and I'm pretty sure I'd mess the whole thing up :P.

I'm planning to do this also. I just don't have the courage. I mean, I'm afraid I'll just mess things up. Probably when I'm already earning and have my own house, I'll paint it by myself. But as of now, I''l stick to what is on my wall.
