Employees are the engine of the company; without an employee the company won't work. Without an employee there is no employer that is why we have to be proud that we are an employee and employer should be thankful to their employee. Employees and employers are indispensable with each other. As I look closely into the worlds view point, I can feel life as being unfair: employer = employee, someone is not working too hard = the other one is working very hard, someone has time to relax; yet have money = someone has no time to relax; yet only few money. I started to feel that life isn't unfair but when I change my perceptions/ my focus I'd realized that life is not unfair, life is a blessing and you can enjoy life as much as you can. If you're an employee or vendor you I have a good news for you, you can be a well off employee, vendor, etc. You can increase/ up your level: here are Tips for leveling up! This is a product of learning. 1. Acknowledgement in everything acknowledge God, thank Him for the things He had and has done to your life. Give Him the glory due to His name. Be humble. Humility is the secret towards success, it is through it that we can acknowledge easily. 2. Serve God serve God and everything will be possible. If you serve God it's easy for you to serve others. Work your work with passion, work it for God. We only have one employer and that is God. 3. Be strong never get discourage. 4. Do the will of God Do what is right. If you will have this then you can have a level up! If you have some tips I am also willing to learn from it. :)
