I never thought to have plastic surgery to change part of my face or my body even i was a plain jane but i dont wish to change part of my face im grateful of who i am, but i had a real bad accident. If you had accident and its wounded your face so bad, i think its okay to have plastic surgery because the purpose is not to change who you are to be artificial beauty but to fix broken nose or wounded face. But if not because medical reason, i would not go to get cosmetic surgery, its so expensive.

A few of my friends already went through the said ordeal. They had their noses done. Result: they look prettier and they became more confident. The secret here is of course to find a good cosmetic surgeon. Nowadays, if you have the means and you still don't look that GOOD... it definitely is your FAULT. But as to your friend who believes that whatever God gave you- be happy and satisfied with it... Well, she also has a point. In the end, if you have plans of undergoing one of those surgeries, it's still up to you to deal and decide on that dilemma.

I have never thought of going under the knife. There are parts of me that I want to change but nothing that exercise can't do. I just don't know what's attractive with faces that are expressionless, with thick lips and all. There are some who really looked good after but there are some who look like dolls that are so artificial-looking and creepy.
