it is said that having good thoughts while making food promotes digestion and goodwill. If a person has negative thoughts, then the negative energy is transmitted to the food and will affect the people who eat it. Do you agree? I have therefore tried to be pleasant and listen to music or hum a song while making food for my family.

I believe that if we do everything out of love, then it will turn out good. IF we do the other way around, then it will not be that nice.
Love is a strong emotion that can make us feel inspired and happy.
I guess if the people who eats the food we prepare see that we are happy about our work as a cook, then they will be inspired in eating. Because we have effect on the people around us. It is a mystery, but I know that it is true.

I do not believe that one could transmit their bad thoughts to the food. No way. It can be that since your mind is preoccupied with all those distracting thoughts that you accidentally add too much salt, monosodium glutamate, and even seasoning, which results to something unpleasant in the digestive systems of those who ate it. I would rather like to believe that when inspired anyone can concoct very good tasting food because they are in their happy state of mind.

hi sk,
My sister told me once that what I served with her doesn't taste good like what I used to serve her before she told me maybe because you are not in the good mood and she is right so if I don't feels good as much as possible I don't cook

I usually used to concentrate only on one work which I do at a time. During cooking I put myself to cooking to make good delicious food and I think it is a good approach to make the food more tastier. More over it is a positive approach for cooking. So I always give positive energy to every one.
