What is it with cats and Jeans?!

Is it the colour blue? is it the texture or the thickness of the fabric? I've only to put on my jeans and the next thing I know I have suddenly 4 paws of claws either climbing my leg or hanging off my back pockets...Thankfully,DJ's discriminating enough to hold off when I'm wearing regular or work trousers..that can be scratchy...
What's your take on this?!

Hmmmm,never happened to me before. My boyfriend has a cat. And she LOVEs couch fabric. Scratch marks are just everywhere. I like wearing jeans, my boyfriend does too. Luckily she doesn't have a thing for jeans, or it would be bad.

Nah! It is exactly same as my cats. They really fall in love with the couch fabric. While my couch is made by syntheti leather, it really hard to hide the scratch marks. They do it regularly after waking up -_-"

I kinda wondering the same thing too. I wear jeans quite frequently and sometimes when there were cats around, they would come towards me and tries to climb my jeans! 
I don't know why they are doing that and I have always wondered the reason behind it. I don't like them trying to climb but the problem is their claws always damages my jeans. That hurts me as I love my jeans and they are quite expensive for me. There must be a way to keep the cats away I suppose.

Thanks for the input..so,at least it's not just my jeans that are of interest to our feline friends!
