I am in the process of planning my own wedding, and i am LOVING Doing it. I have gathered all sorts of information, and am enjoying it so much I am thinking of signing up on a wedding planning course.
However how do i go about getting a job once i do the course?
DO i set up my own busniness or contact places that hold weddings nad ask how i become a planner??

When I was planning for my own wedding a couple of years ago, I was also so taken with the whole process that I also thought of putting up my own wedding planning business. From making lists to meeting suppliers, choosing swatches and food tasting,, I just love every moment! And then come the problems lol! It was still a very good experience despite the problems we encountered. After that, I decided I might not have the patience for other people when the same problem comes, but then maybe not, as I have experienced it myself and know better how to handle it.
I never pursue it though as I become too busy with my own work. But I do help out friends in planning their own weddings.

We have come across some problems, and had to start replanning a few times over. It can be stressfull for a while, but i love it when it all starts to come togther.
I have gathered numerous leaflets and brochures from local venues, and really enjoy the planning part

I think they would tell you everything on the course. Its a vey beautiful business and a wonderful thing to do. It also becomes a wonderful thing when you finally get married yourself, that's if you aren't already. That day would give you much joy I promise you

We are not yet married no, aug 2013 we are due to get married.
I am currently seeing about courses, some are at home, but i think an in class course may be a better option.
There are some pay monthly plans, so i a seriously going to look into it
