PTCbox Per ad click rate:
• Free ($0/yr): 0.5 cents
• Silver ($30/yr): 3 cents
• Gold ($60/yr): 4 cents
• Platinum ($100/yr): 5.5 cents
• Custom(19x multiplier) ($95/yr): 10 cents
Let’s assume that every day provides 6 ads to click on (every day for a year):
• Free: $0.06 x 365 = $21.90
• Silver: $0.18 x 365 = $65.70 ($35 profit)
• Gold: $0.24 x 365 = $87.60 ($27 profit)
• Platinum: $0.33 x 365 = $120.45 ($20 profit)
• Custom(19x multiplier): $0.60 x 365 = $219 ($124 profit)
Seems like custom upgrade with 19x multiplier allows you to earn more profit and is suitable if you do not have much referrals. Also, buying a $95 custom upgrade will gain you 9 referrals for free. Which mean if the referrals are active, he/she will earn much more than $124 profit. To make it even better, even if you didn't make any profit, PTCbox also come with Zero Loss Guarantee.
However, by 31 August, memberships will be reorganized and there will be changes:
http://www.getpaidreview.com/showthread.php?6404-IMPORTANT-Upgrade-Options-Will-be-Reorganized-in-the-near-future.&p=37277&viewfull=1#post37277
In short, after 31 Aug, PTCbox will have:
• Minimum guarantee ads per day for all types of membership including free member.
• Personal multipliers will cost increase to $10 for each instead of $5.
• Personal multipliers will be limited to a maximum of 9(total 10).
• Any upgrades that is bought before 31Aug will not be affected or lose any benefit till it expire unless is a lifetime license.
So we can see that is quite attractive to upgrade now since there will be guarantee ads + more "MEGA-PTC" ads with same ad value. With these new changes, it will increase the chance of active referrals and perhaps more referrals upgrade which mean more commission for you and not to mention the Zero Loss Guarantee.
The changes somehow turn PTCbox from a "Real PTc Site" into a site like "Bux site" due to Minimum guarantee ads per day. So far I see is still sustainable. Any views on this especially those upgraded members in PTCbox?
